Attached please find Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 5-06 for Engineering and Environmental Consultant Services associated with the Exposition Corridor Light Rail Transit Project (Phase 2). The Exposition Metro Line Construction Authority (Expo) is hereby soliciting proposals for consultant services, and the resultant contract will be awarded by Expo on the basis of the successful firm’s qualifications, as described in Part III of the RFP. Price will NOT be included as an evaluation factor and Proposers should not include any pricing information in their respective submittals.
A pre-proposal conference will be held on Monday, August 14, 2006 at 2:30 p.m. in the main auditorium of the Santa Monica Public Library, located at 601 Santa Monica Blvd., Santa Monica, CA 90401. The proposal deadline will be no later than Tuesday, September 26, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time. All proposals must be received under the terms of paragraph 206 of the RFP.
Should you have any difficulty opening the attached file(s), please contact the undersigned as soon as possible. Any missing or lost documents are the sole responsibility of the Proposer, and failure to complete the required form(s) could result in a proposal being deemed non-responsive, thereby eliminating Proposer from further consideration. Upon request, a hard copy of the RFP will be forwarded to your attention via regular mail, or the item may be picked up or reviewed at the Expo Reception Desk, located at 707 Wilshire Blvd., 34th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90017.
